Here are the top 3 stories in Albuquerque today:
- One person is in critical condition after a two-vehicle crash in Northeast Albuquerque on Saturday. At about 11 p.m. Sunday, the two vehicles crashed near Wyoming and Marquette NE, and one person was taken to the local hospital. Wyoming was shut down as crews investigated the crash, police say. (Albuquerque Journal)
- One person was hospitalized for life-threatening injuries after an early morning shooting on Sunday. The Albuquerque Police Department was called to the 6000 block of Central Avenue southwest on reports of a shooting at about 2 a.m. Police are still investigating the shooting. (KOAT New Mexico)
- Police are investigating two homicides that happened within hours of each other on Saturday. Police were first called to an apartment near Pennsylvania and Zuni at about 8:30 a.m. Saturday and found a woman dead inside. Hours later, police found a man dead inside a home after reports of a shooting near Sunset Gardens Road near Old Coors. (KOB)
