• Oct. 4: Desert Ridge Middle School from 2-6 p.m. 
• Oct. 5: Tres Volcanoes Community Collaborative School from 2-6 p.m. 
• Oct. 11: James Monroe Middle School from 2-6 p.m. 
• Oct. 12: Truman Middle School from 2-6 p.m. 
• Oct. 14: Tony Hillerman Middle School from 2-6 p.m. 
• Oct. 28: George I. Sanchez Collaborative Community School from 2-6 p.m. 
• Oct. 29: Eisenhower Middle School from 2-6 p.m. 

• Oct. 2: Cibola High School from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
• Oct. 9: Del Norte High School from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. 
• Oct. 16: West Mesa High School from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
• Oct. 30: Valley High School from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. 

• No appointment necessary
• You may go to the clinic of your choice 
• Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are available
