Here are the top three stories today in Albuquerque:

  1. Albuquerque Fire Rescue responded to a fire in the city's bosque on Monday. According to Monday evening reports, the blaze is near Atrisco and Riverview Drive NW and is reportedly about the size of a half-acre. There was no report of any structures being involved in the fire. (KOAT New Mexico)
  2. ABQ Ride is hosting a Selfie Contest to celebrate Earth Day. Participants are encouraged to take photos of themselves at transit centers, bus shelters, or on buses. Photos can be posted on social media using the hashtag "ABQEarthDay2022." Bus fares on ABQ Ride are free until the end of the year. (KRQE News 13)
  3. Albuquerque's Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico will begin to offer a new MBA track. Students will now be able to receive an MBA in film and digital arts. The film industry is thriving and growing in Albuquerque. (The Business Journals)
