Here are the top three stories in Albuquerque today:

1. A New Mexico lawmaker has apologized after her DUI arrest earlier this week. Democratic State Rep. Georgene Louis accepted responsibility for what she calls a "lapse in judgment," after being booked at the Santa Fe County Jail Monday morning. The Republican Party has called for her resignation; however, Representative Louis has yet to respond to this request. (Albuquerque Patch)

The tour was designed to attract adventurous tourists who are looking for a unique and colorful way to explore the city. 3. An Albuquerque resident is wanted by police for involvement in a weekend shooting. A warrant is out for the arrest of Kaya Brown, who allegedly showed up at a house party at Montgomery and San Mateo early Saturday morning and shot another guest, Ryan White, after an altercation. Brown is currently facing an open count of murder. (KRQE News 13)
