Good day, people of Albuquerque! Rachel Kilimnik here with today's edition of the Albuquerque Daily.

Partly sunny and pleasant. High: 78 Low: 56.
Here are the top stories in Albuquerque today:
- Dozens of people gathered at Tiguex Park on Sunday afternoon to advocate for missing and murdered Indigenous women. The Old Town event, which saw groups carrying signs and marching along sidewalks, was supported by community leaders and organizations. One of the event's organizers was Party for Socialism and Liberation, a community organization dedicated to transforming deep societal issues. Organizers added that more rallies will be held in the near future until more resources can be provided by state and law enforcement agencies. (KOAT New Mexico)
- Dual credit high school students will be allowed to continue at UNM and on its campuses regardless of vaccination status, and they will not be subject to the same disciplinary action as full-time UNM students. "[High school] students should follow the vaccination policies of their school districts," Provost James Holloway wrote in an email to the UNM branch chancellors. This decision has caused frustration for many faculty members on campus. (UNM Daily Lobo)
- Albuquerque Police are searching for the man who robbed someone at gunpoint in the Sam's Club's parking lot on Eubank on Aug. 23. (KRQE News 13)
- A hot air balloon hit a power line Monday morning in southeast Albuquerque and no injuries were reported. (KOB)
