From the City of Albuquerque: Please note that as Albuquerque has experienced sub-freezing temperatures on multiple nights, our Park Management Division has made the decision to begin winterizing all water fountains in City parks and dog parks. Fountains will be turned off for the duration of winter to protect our water infrastructure and your tax dollars. Thank you for your understanding.
