A Conference Focused on Impact and Legacy

Guided by the 2026 theme — HER VOICE. HER CULTURE. HER LEGACY. HER POWER.

The conference will explore how women’s leadership shapes institutions, strengthens communities, and builds sustainable economic futures. Sessions will address leadership development, entrepreneurship, public service, financial empowerment, media influence, and intergenerational legacy.

At the International Women’s Conference, Senator Bynoe will share her journey from community advocate to State Senator, offering firsthand insight into breaking barriers, navigating leadership in male-dominated spaces, and using public service as a vehicle for systemic change. Her keynote will speak directly to women who aspire to lead, influence policy, grow businesses, and make a lasting impact in their communities.

Keynote speaker: Siela A. Bynoe, New York State Senator - Senator Bynoe’s election is more than a headline — it is a living case study in what happens when preparation meets opportunity. Her journey mirrors the very themes that have defined the International Women’s Conference since its founding: resilience, representation, courage, and the power of women stepping into leadership at pivotal moments.

“The International Women’s Conference is more than an event — it is a platform where women’s voices are amplified, stories are honored, and leadership is cultivated,” said Dr. Neva Alexander, conference host and CEO of Nevalliance. “This year’s lineup reflects the power, diversity, and global reach of women who are making a difference.”
