Watch Live: April The Giraffe Pregnancy Is Ahead Of Schedule

"While we do not anticipate a calf this evening, tomorrow is another day," Animal Adventure Park wrote.

HARPURSVILLE, NY — April the Giraffe, who shot to international fame two years ago when millions tuned into a livestream to see her give birth to a baby calf, is pregnant again, if you hadn't already heard by now. And "calf watch 2019" just got real.

Animal Adventure Park, the educational animal park where April lives, announced Saturday the stork might deliver a baby sooner than expected.

"April is advancing," the park wrote in a Facebook post. "Behavioral and physical changes are suggesting we are very much moving towards having a calf. Perhaps sooner than end of March, as originally predicted based on keeper observations. (But hey - we’ve been wrong before)"

Wax caps, a major change that female giraffes show during the late stages of their pregnancies, are developing, the park noted. April's udders are also developing and filling, and she's been seen gazing at the stars. Notable, she's also shows a "lack luster interest" in feed.

The park noted it did not anticipate an announcement for at least another one to two weeks. The latest news comes, fittingly, on the anniversary of the first livestream going viral on the internet.
