Here's what we learned (168 photos) (syracuse.com) — South Jefferson's cross-country team, which travels up from Adams each season, shined at the long-running Baldwinsville Invitational, with sophomore Ellie Roberts winning the small-school girls race and leading the Spartans to a team title. The meet drew more than 2,000 runners from across upstate New York, giving Adams athletes a strong midseason test ahead of sectional and state championships in November.
