Nursing Home Leader Gives Back Through Stewart's Shops in Cooperstown, Oneonta & Albany To Help Flatten the COVID-19 Curve

Through selected Stewart's locations in Cooperstown, Oneonta and Albany, Centers Health Care, the leading company of nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities, offered Free Coffee Day on July 15 to these communities as a heartfelt appreciation to help flatten the curve during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the general walk-in customers, front line healthcare workers at various hospitals enjoyed their free cup of tasty java.

"These have been tough times everywhere and nursing homes like Cooperstown Center, along with highly-respected Bassett Medical Center, are doing everything possible to fight COVID-19," said Alicia Klein, Cooperstown Center's Community Liaison.

According Danielle Donato-Balthazard, Center's Health Care's Albany Community Liaison, the success of the July 15 Free Coffee Day has gained interest at other Capital regional areas where Centers Health Care is present such as Troy, Schenectady and Delmar so there may be an August Free Coffee Day as well..
