QUEENS, NY — Paragon LIC, a new 182-unit condominium tower, in Long Island City has officially launched sales, its developer said.
The building will be located at 45-40 Vernon Boulevard with interiors done by March and White Design, developer ZD Jasper said.
Studios through four-bedroom residences are priced from $765,000. The development is nearing completion, with occupancy expected later this fall.

Amenities include an outdoor pickleball court, fitness center, golf simulator, children's playroom, karaoke room and landscaped roof terrace with BBQ grills and a Sky Lounge.
The building also features a 24-hour attended lobby, package room, bicycle storage and ground-floor retail.
Paragon LIC will include public-access waterfront space, including a new park and walkway connecting the neighborhood to the East River.
