QUEENS, NY — Police are investigating a fatal shooting in Queens that left a man dead early Thursday morning.
The incident happened outside 34 Steinway Street just before 3:50 a.m.
A 40-year-old man was found shot in the back. He was taken to Elmhurst Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
What led up to the shooting is not known at this time.
No arrests have been made. An investigation remains ongoing.
