Astoria Teenager, 17, Missing From Her Home, Police Say

ASTORIA, QUEENS — Police are asking for help finding an Astoria teenager who went missing from her home this week.

Jasmine Albritton, 17, lives in the Ravenswood Houses at 12-22 35th Avenue. On the early evening of Monday, Nov. 22nd, around 6:42 p.m., she left her apartment wearing multi-colored sweatpants, a blue t-shirt, and Timberland boots, police said.

Albritton hasn't been seen since, said police, who were still looking for her as of Tuesday morning.

NYPD officials described her as a Black young woman with long black hair with red, gold, and blonde extensions and brown eyes. She is about 5 feet tall and 120 pounds.

The NYPD shared a photo of Albritton and asked anyone with information about her whereabouts to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
