LONG ISLAND CITY, NY — Coffee enthusiasts looking to improve their home brewing skills can take part in the Pour Over Intensive at Coffee Project New York.
The 2.5-hour masterclass teaches manual brewing techniques while exploring the science behind coffee extraction.
Led by award-winning barista Peace, a wholesale trainer and educator who recently placed second in the U.S. Brewers Cup, the class is designed for coffee drinkers of all experience levels.

The Academy at Coffee Project New York, located at 21-10 51st Ave. in Long Island City, is the city’s first Specialty Coffee Association-certified Premier Training Campus.
