Elizabeth Warren Is Bringing Her Presidential Campaign To Queens

The Long Island City event Friday is part of Warren's campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2020.

LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — Presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren is coming to Long Island City Friday.

The Massachusetts senator will be at The Arc, the Kaufman Arts District's new concert venue, for the free event Friday at 7 p.m. Tickets aren't required, but an RSVP is strongly encouraged, according to Warren's team. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.

The event is part of Warren's campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2020. Warren was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2012 and re-elected in November.
