All over the internet (or at least all over Twitter) today, people are expressing their views on Ellen Degeneres' interview with Kevin Hart and how she supports having him return to host this year's Oscars. The irony is that he doesn't want to! He apologized for words he said which offended some of the LGBT community but many are not satisfied. Some feel the move to have Hart return to the Oscars is a fake and staged thing, anyway.
My spin is that I don't like award shows anyway and don't care who hosts. The Golden Globes are on to night and I'm not going to watch.
Anyway, as a Gay guy, I do accept Kevin's words as sincere and I believe in second chances. He deserves one as an imperfect human who makes mistakes.
