The festival aims to create an artist-alley-style marketplace dedicated to local photographers and the people who collect their work.
Photographers, galleries, collectives and independent storefronts will showcase and sell photography in a range of physical formats, including fine-art prints, zines, books and mixed-media works.

Organizers describe the festival as a flea market where photographers are the vendors—a chance for art lovers to meet photographers in person, discover their work and purchase pieces directly in an increasingly digital and algorithm-driven creative landscape.
The festival is being promoted as an AI-free celebration of photography made in New York.
Photographers and vendors can apply through September 25.
