ASTORIA, NY — Good news, coffee lovers.
The space that once housed Cafe Sparrow now welcomes BirchBuilt Beanery, a new spot serving authentic Vietnamese coffee.
Tucked away on 37th Street just south of 30th Avenue, BirchBuilt Beanery opened this month. It's already drawing in neighbors eager to sample aromatic Vietnamese coffee, creamy matcha, steaming homemade pho, fresh sandwiches, crispy pizza bites, and buttery croissants in one cozy spot.
