24-Year-Old Man Robbed After Trying to Get Ride Home From Babylon Bar

Police are investigating a robbery that occurred in Babylon Village early Sunday morning. Police say a 24-year-old man had just left a bar on Deer Park Avenue at 2:20 a.m. and was attempting to get a ride home with an acquaintance. Once they were inside the vehicle, described only as a four-door dark-colored sedan, the driver started to punch the man.

The driver stole his necklace and attempted to steal his wallet, but the man was able to flee. No arrests have been made.
