BABYLON, NY — Jackie, a 3 to 4 year-old tan pit-bull terrier mix in search of a loving home, is Babylon Animal Shelter's Pet Of The Week.
Jackie arrived at the shelter on July 20, 2020, and was estimated to be about 1 to 2 years old.
"Jackie is in search of a loving home where she can learn about life and have someone to call her own," volunteers told Patch. "Jackie is very sweet and enjoys time being on your lap."

She would be most successful in a home with calm energy where she doesn't get "amped up" and over-stimulated, they added.

She loves to be exercised with her toys in a game of fetch and to go for walks to see the world.
Jackie would be best a home without other pets and young kids.
