Babylon Adoptable Pet Of The Week: Zeus

BABYLON/AMITYVILLE? —Zeus, a brown pit-bull terrier, is Babylon Animal Shelter's Pet Of The Week.

Zeus arrived to Babylon Animal Shelter in July 2020. Volunteers estimated that he could between five or seven years old.

According to a volunteer, Zeus is a happy guy who enjoys short walks, playtime, and "plain ole attention."

He would flourish in an experienced home without other dogs, the shelter said. He is content with hanging inside or outside, he would need a very secure fence outside.

Zeus can get overstimulated when seeing other dominant or intense dogs, the shelter said, and would need continuous structure to be safely handled in these situations.

A dog savvy home that would allow him to have structure, continued training and grow would be a dream come true for our Zeus.

Above all, the shelter said, he loves his down time and soaking up the love from his people friends.
