Babylon Elementary and Memorial Grade Schools Host Career Day
Professionals From a Variety of Fields Visit Elementary and Middle School Students
Babylon Elementary School and Babylon Memorial Grade School hosted a special Career Day this April. The event invited more than 20 professionals from a variety of job fields to speak to the elementary and middle school students about their careers.
The guests included doctors, pilots, engineers, school counselors, police officers, armed services members and many more. These volunteers offered their time to speak about their careers and choices, answer students’ questions about their day-to-day routines, and outline the necessary steps to start on their respective career paths.
