Babylon High School senior Justin Benoit has been named an Outstanding Participant in the National Achievement Scholarship Program.
This honor recognizes Justin as having scored in the top 3 percent of black Americans who took the 2013 PSAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.
