Corinne Figoski's fifth-grade class elected co-presidents and walked through an inauguration and cabinet selection process.

Fifth graders Ryleigh Busch and Timothy Higgins were recently elected as co-presidents of Corinne Figoski’s class at Babylon Memorial Grade School. During their in-class “inauguration,” each co-president recited the U.S. Oath of Office and gave an inaugural address they had written about their goals in this position. The co-presidents then collaborated to select a presidential cabinet of their peers, taking into consideration each of their unique personal strengths.
