Babylon To Turn Into Old-Fashioned Christmas Village
Deer Park Avenue will be closed for a special holiday event Friday night. Check out what you need to know.
BABYLON VILLAGE, NY - Babylon is going to turn into an old-fashioned Christmas village on Friday night. The holiday event will take place between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. During that time Deer Park Avenue will be shut down to street traffic allow residents to take a stroll through the village.
There will also be free two-hour parking at red covered meters which will continue on throughout the holiday season.
At the event, guests can enjoy holiday treats and entertainment from local merchants.

The event will include a Christmas carousel ride, holiday classic movies on a movie screen, take a picture with Disney princesses, shop holiday specials, enjoy Holiday music and a visit Santa and Mrs. Claus who will be riding through the village on a horse drawn carriage.
