Babylon Wraps a Successful Winter Concert Season

Schools Spend December, January Spreading Cheer Through Music

The Babylon School District wrapped its winter concert season this month after several weeks filled with beautiful music. Students at every grade level practiced tirelessly to put on the best show possible for their family and friends in attendance at each Babylon school.

The season began at the start of December with Babylon Elementary School, where the District’s youngest sang holiday tunes to the delight of parents and staff. Just before the holiday break, the band, orchestra and chorus at Babylon Junior-Senior High School impressively showed off their months of hard work and generated holiday memories to be remembered for years to come. Finally, in January, the student musicians and singers at Babylon Memorial Grade School put on an unforgettable two-part show.
