Cannabis & Aging: An Evidence-Based Educational Workshop

This workshop provides an educational overview of cannabis and aging, including an introduction to cannabinoids, a review of current peer-reviewed research, known risks and uncertainties, and legal considerations in New York State. The presenter will also share personal experience as an example of lived experience, describing how cannabis intersects with their own movement and exercise practice as they age.
