A 31-year-old man overdosed on drugs and crashed his pickup truck into a median on Sunrise Highway early Sunday, Suffolk Police said.

When Milo approached the vehicle, he found Sepe slumped over with his foot on the gas pedal, police said. Milo broke the passenger window, turned off the ignition and pulled Sepe out.

Milo provided oxygen to Sepe until members of the West Babylon Fire Department arrived and determined that Sepe was suffering from an apparent overdose, police said. Fire Department personnel administered Narcan, which is used to block the effects of opioids after an overdose, and revived Sepe, who was then transported to a local hospital for treatment.
