Man Arrested Twice In 24 Hours For Driving On Suspended License
His license has been suspended 46 times, expired in June 1986 and was revoked in June 1987, but that hasn't stopped him from driving.

A 55-year-old man was arrested Saturday morning for the second time within 24 hours for driving with a suspended, revoked and expired driver’s license, Suffolk Police said.
According to police, Ralph R. Knowles was driving a 2010 Dodge Caravan on West 3rd Street in West Babylon at about 11:55 a.m. Saturday when he was pulled over by a First Precinct officer. Knowles indicated to the officer that he had been arrested the day before, police said.
Knowles, of West Babylon, was charged with first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, and the vehicle was impounded. Knowles was arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip Sunday. His is being held in jail on $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.

On Friday, at about 3:30 p.m., Knowles was also arrested and charged with first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle when he was driving the same 2010 Dodge Caravan on Straight Path in Wyandanch and failed to signal while changing lanes, police said.
Police determined that Knowles is not the registered owner of the vehicle and a check on his driver's license showed it had been suspended 46 times, had expired in June 1986 and was revoked in June 1987, police said.
