Man Burglarizes Babylon Home While Residents Asleep: Police

The man broke into the home in the early hours of the morning, police say.

BABYLON, NY — A man who burglarized a Babylon home while its residents were sleeping is currently being sought after by Suffolk County Police.

On April 1 between 2:40 a.m. and 3:16 a.m., a man entered a Ketewamoke Avenue home and stole money and alcohol.

A resident of the home was sleeping upstairs at the time of the incident, police said.

The man was wearing a dark jacket with patches, an Under Armour hooded sweat shirt and camouflage pants at the time of the burglary.

He was pulling a wagon when he left the street on foot. The man faces charges of burglary, police said.
