Man Charged With Robbing West Babylon 7-Eleven

He put his hands in his sweatshirt and indicated that he had a ​gun, police say.

A 25-year-old man is accused of robbing a 7-Eleven in West Babylon early Wednesday morning.

According to police, Vincent Orsini, of West Babylon, entered the 7-Eleven at 660 Montauk Highway at 3:45 a.m., demanded cash and threatened the cashier.

Orsini put his hands in his sweatshirt and indicated that he had a gun, police said. No weapon was displayed.

Orinsi was arrested just minutes later and charged with first degree robbery.

He is being held on $25,000 bail following his arraignment Thursday.
