Man Robbed, Assaulted at Babylon LIRR Station

Police are investigating a robbery that occurred at the Babylon Long Island Rail Road station on Monday.

Police say a group of men approached a man at about 5:30 p.m. and “forcibly stole” the man’s belt, cash and a train pass. The group punched and kicked the victim, police say.

The victim reported the incident to the First Precinct a few hours later, police say. No arrests have been made.
