Man Spray Painted 15 'NES' Tags At Village Businesses: Police
The 37-year-old has been spray painting the graffiti at several businesses and municipal property since December, police say.

BABYLON VILLAGE, NY - A Babylon man was arrested for spray painting 15 "NES" tags at several businesses and on municipal property over the past two months, according to Suffolk Police.
Following an investigation, 37-year-old Joseph Cassidy was identified in connection to spray painting the graffiti between Dec. 1, 2017 and Feb. 6, 2018, police said.
Cassidy was charged with 9 counts of making graffiti.

He is being held overnight at the First Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Tuesday
