New Restaurant Taking Over Don Ricardo's To Open This Week
The eatery, which replaces the longtime Mexican restaurant that closed down after 30 years in June, will start serving customers this week.

BABYLON, NY - The new restaurant taking over the former Don Ricardo's in Babylon Village will officially be opening this week. Culture Fine Food & Cocktails will be opening on 94 East Main Street in place of the longtime Mexican restaurant.
In June, the owners of Don Ricardo's, Ricardo and Monica Benavides, announced they will be closing the restaurant after 30 years to retire.
Now, a new neighborhood family restaurant will be taking its place. According to the village of Babylon application, Culture Fine Foods & Cocktails will have more of an "American flare" and will be chef-owned and food focused.
