One Injured In 2-Car Crash On New Year's Eve

The person was trapped in the car after the crash on Monday evening.

BABYLON, NY - One person was injured in a two-car crash in Babylon on New Year's Eve, Suffolk Police confirmed.

The incident was reported on Park Avenue and Livingston Avenue at about 5:15 p.m.

One person was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extracted, according to the Babylon Fire Department.

The person suffered from a non-life-threatening injuries.

Park Avenue was shut down in both directions for several hours.
