It's not your parent's Chinese food any more: perhaps bowing to a perceived demand for Japanese and Asian fusion cuisine, village stalwart Rising Dragon gets a makeoever. The Main Street Chinese eat-in and take-out has been closed for renovation, and has recently gotten a new awning reading "Tokyo Japanese Restaurant NY Hibachi. Sushi and Chinese Cuisine." In addition to the large Asian fusion restaurant Monsoon to open later this year, Fancy Lee down the block also recently opened with a similar food angle, joining several other Chinese and Japanese restaurants.
