Police Release Photos From String Of Car Thefts In West Babylon
Last month, two men entered over 10 parked cars and stole several items including money, sunglasses, a license plate, and more, police say.
WEST BABYLON, NY - Police have released surveillance photos from the string of car thefts reported in West Babylon last month.
Between June 10 and June 11, two men (pictured above) entered more than 10 unlocked cars parked near 12th Street overnight.
The two stole money, sunglasses, a license plate, jewelry and a GPS from inside the car.

In addition, a West Babylon resident released photos of a man entering and checking her car parked at her home on Manhattan Avenue on June 3 at about 3:22 a.m.


The resident reported that nothing was taken from her car but a friend on Neptune Avenue had her iPad stolen out of the car around the same time.

It is unknown if these incidents are related to the string of car thefts on June 10 and 11.
