Babylon UMC Nursery School Bedtime Story Hour

BABYLON, NY (July 9, 2015) – The Babylon United Methodist Church Nursery School brought families together in March at the first annual Bedtime Story Hour. The program was designed by UMC Nursery School teacher, Mrs. Dorene Keach. Each story featured music, puppets and participation from teachers, students and parents.

“Mrs. Keach brings an enormous amount of talent and creativity to our Nursery School,” said administrator Lisa Murray. “Her Bedtime Story Hour gave the children and their parents the opportunity to come to the school at night to enjoy literature and music with their classmates and teachers. The evening was so much fun and a great success-we are already planning for next year’s event.”

The school, now in its 43rd year, serves 152 families. The school offers programs for 2 ½, 3 and 4 year olds in age-appropriate learning settings.
