West Babylon Student-Musicians Selected for All-State Ensembles
A big honor for two West Babylon High students.
West Babylon Senior High School students Alexa Lucchesse and Andrew Morrison have been selected by the New York State School Music Association to participate in All-State ensembles at the annual NYSSMA Winter Conference to be held at the Eastman Theatre in Rochester, N.Y. from Dec. 4-7.
Thousands of students auditioned for this honor during solo and ensemble festivals throughout the state. Lucchesse (Alto I) will sing in the All-State Women’s Chorus and Morrison, who plays the French horn, will play in the All-State Wind Ensemble.
Congrats to Alexa and Andrew on this prestigious recognition as the finest musicians in the state.
