Westfield South Shore Hosts "Long Island Pulse Holiday Shop Hop"

Bay Shore, NY – November 5, 2015 -- To celebrate the holiday season and to exemplify the spirit of giving, Westfield South Shore shopping center in Bay Shore, New York will host a “Holiday Shop Hop” on Sunday, November 22, from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. The exclusive ticketed event will give participants the chance to receive special discounts and complimentary gifts with purchases for themselves and loved ones, with proceeds from the ticket sales to benefit the Family Service League organization. Participants will also enjoy wine tasting and light hors d’oeuvres and have the chance to win raffle prizes.

Event participants will also be privy to additional shopping incentives such as an in-store raffle hosted by Pandora, complimentary mini-makeovers offered by Sephora, and a prize “Wheel of Fire” to spin in Blaze Pizza.

Registration for the event will begin at 12:00 p.m. at Westfield South Shore, located at 1701 Sunrise Highway, in both the Macy’s court and the Lord & Taylor court. The event will end with an announcement of raffle prize winners in the Macy’s Court, where complimentary desserts will be served by The Cheesecake Factory.

Tickets will be sold at $10 per person. Westfield South Shore will sponsor the event, which is presented by Long Island Pulse Magazine; tickets are available for purchase at www.lipulse.com/shophop. Tickets purchased online by November 18 will be sold two for the price of one (2 / $10). Tickets may also be purchased at the event, and will be sold at $10 per person.

Proceeds from the ticket sales will benefit Family Service League, a nationally-accredited social service organization headquartered in Huntington, NY. Family Service League provides support and assistance to residents in need across Long Island – the senior community, young adults struggling with addiction and mental illness, the working poor and the homeless.
