Bay Shore-Brightwaters Memorial Day Parade Set For May 30
Residents can come out and support the groups marching, and then take part in a ceremony afterward.
BAY SHORE, NY — The Bay Shore-Brightwaters area will celebrate Memorial Day on May 30 with a parade through the town, followed by a ceremony.
Bay Shore- Brightwaters Memorial Day Parade sponsored by AM Vets Post 76, will begin at 9:30 a.m. The parade will start at Newins Bay Shore Ford, located at Lanier Lane and Main Street, and end in front of the St. Patrick Cemetery.
The parade will feature marchers including South Shore University Hospital staff, veterans groups, student bands, firefighters, police, and more.

Organizers encourage participants to please arrange transportation back to the beginning of the parade.
