Bay Shore Eatery Announces Temporary Closure For Renovations
The local restaurant, which has been in business for five years, will be make a few changes this week.
BAY SHORE, NY — A popular Bay Shore eatery announced it will be shutting down this week for renovations. Verde Kitchen and Cocktails, located on 70 E Main Street, made a Facebook post announcing the closure Monday. According to the post, the restaurant will be closed until Friday.
While the post didn't specify exactly what changes Verde, which opened five years ago, will undergo, the photo shows the empty restaurant with plastic sheets over the bar.
The eatery wrote that some of the changes will include things that customers can see and see, some they won’t.

The business also tagged the Holtsville-based DJT Development LLC in the post.
