Bay Shore Farm-To-Table Restaurant Announces Closure
The business opened less than two years ago. What would you like to see replace the restaurant?

BAY SHORE, NY - After less than two years in business, a Bay Shore farm-to-table restaurant has shut down. Owner Gina Russo-Jaworowski announced the closure of Barn Door 49, located on 49 West Main Street, last week according to GreaterBayShore.
Russo-Jaworowski and her husband Lenny Jaworowski transformed their former eatery, the Milk and Sugar Cafe, to open the restaurant in March 2018.
She told GreaterBayShore she decided to close Barn Door 49 in order to focus on her other business. Russo-Jaworowski also owns The Victorian Room, a catering space located across the street on 36 West Main Street. She opened the catering hall in 2004.
