Bay Shore Restaurant Confirms Closure: Report
The eatery previously announced it was briefly closing for renovations, but now the restaurant is permanently closed and for sale.
BAY SHORE, NY - After less than a year in business, a New Orleans themed Bay Shore restaurant has officially shut down, according to a report in Newsday.
Big Daddy’s East opened its second location on 44-46 Main Street back in August.
In December, the restaurant announced it was closing for renovations and opening in time for Mardi Gras in February.

However, this week general manager of the Massapequa Big Daddy's East, Tom Kurtz, confirmed to Newsday that the business has shut down and is currently for sale.

Luckily, residents can still enjoy the Cajun-style food at Big Daddy's East original restaurant located on 1 Park Lane in Massapequa.
