Off-Duty Cop Allegedly Threatens Driver With Gun During Road Rage Incident: Police
The woman wrote down his license plate number and reported the incident to police.

An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested for menacing after allegedly pulling his gun at a woman who cut him off while driving on the Sagtikos Parkway in Babylon on Saturday, State Police confirmed on Tuesday.
Donald Vale, 38, of Bay Shore, was accidentally cut off by the woman while driving southbound on the parkway at about 2 p.m., police said
He then "flew into a rage" before following her and threatening her with the gun, police said, according to the Daily News.

The woman then reported the incident to police after writing down his license plate number and he was arrested a few hours later, according to Newsday.
He allegedly told police about the road rage incident but did not admit to pulling a gun, Newsday reports.

He was released and is due back in court on Dec. 5.
