Man Charged With Robbing Bay Shore Gas Station At Gunpoint: Cops

The 52-year-old was arrested on Friday after the robbery on Thursday, police say.

BAY SHORE, NY - A Deer Park man was arrested on Thursday for robbing a Bay Shore gas station at gunpoint on Friday, according to Suffolk Police.

Daniel Harrigan, 52, entered Conoco on 195 Pine Aire Drive on July 5 at 5:30 a.m., approached a cashier, displayed what appeared to be a handgun and demanded cash, police said.

The cashier complied and Harrigan fled with cash, police said.

Following an investigation, officers arrested Harrigan Friday morning.

Harrigan was charged with first degree robbery.
