New Bay Shore Brewery Sets Opening Date
HopWins brewery officially announced its opening date this week. Will you be checking out the new business?

BAY SHORE, NY — Bay Shore's latest brewery has finally set an opening date. HopWins brewery, on 1460 N Clinton Avenue, announced in a video posted to its Facebook page that the business will officially be open next month.
The brewery, which will be joining the growing collection of breweries in town, will start serving customers on March 21.
HopWins is owned by two brothers-in-law who decided to turn their longtime hobby of home brewing into a business.

Deer Park resident William Hoppe and Steve Winn, a Bay Shore native, started off brewing beer about 8 years ago using a $25 home brewing kit from Target, and now they will be serving up their beer to the public with help from their wives, sisters Jennifer Winn and Rhiannon Hoppe.
