The new doughnut shop will be located on 1 East Main Street. An exact opening date hasn't yet been announced but the business is expected to open in the fall.

The North Fork Doughnut Co. is known for making doughnuts from scratch fresh every single day.
"Our business is unique because we make doughnuts unlike anyone else. our flavor combinations and dough are unmatched. Its near impossible to find a shop on Long Island that makes their doughnuts on premise and serves them fresh every day," Lyons told Patch. "What ever is left at the end of the day is donated to various homeless shelters on Long Island. you'll never get a doughnut at our shop that wasn't made that day."

Now the couple is excited to bring the business to Bay Shore.
"Bay shore as a very clear choice for us. It is chock full of other like minded small businesses that are thriving," Lyons said. "Also the people have been absolutely amazing. Working in communities like Bay Shore have always been a priority for us, which is why we opened our first shop on the North Fork. For us its about our community and how we can serve and improve. Bay Shore is just outstanding in every way."
For all the future customers, the couple have just one message for them: "we make the best damn doughnuts you'll ever have."
When asked to list a fun fact about themselves, Lyons said he knows seven languages and Briguccia is clairvoyant.
