Toast Coffeehouse to Open Third Long Island Location in Bay Shore
The restaurant is expected to open in the spring.

A popular coffeehouse and breakfast spot will be opening up its third Long Island location in Bay Shore this spring.
A new Toast Coffehouse restaurant will be opening on 9 South Park Avenue. The site was previously home to a restaurant, Hemisphere, which closed in 2015.
Owner Terence Scarlatos and his wife Jennifer opened up the first restaurant in Port Jefferson in 2002. Last year, they opened their second location in Patchogue.
