A winning ticket for Monday's Take 5 drawing was sold in Bay Shore, the New York Lottery announced on Tuesday.
The ticket, worth $58,536.50, was sold at the Speedway store at 327 Montauk Highway.

In addition to the top prize for the Oct. 10 drawing, 228 players each purchased winning tickets worth $385 by matching four out of five numbers for the drawing.
The winning numbers for Monday's drawing were 04-12-13-21-26.

The winners may claim the tickets at any one of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers statewide, including the Long Island office at 45 South Service Road, Plainview, NY 11803 or at Resorts World Casino New York City, 110-00 Rockaway Blvd., Jamaica, NY 11420.
